Hello there, i was meant to go live on the 18th of November and didnt go kive until the 26thof November, i was told i was entitled to compensation of some kind... I thought maybe a months free internet or something for missinf more than one engineer appointment, well i have been cut off today on the 28th of December is it possible i can rectify this by paying over the phone on the 15th of January? Ive posted here as struggle to get through on live chat? Thanks Jamie
