Code Already Been Used

Just tried to apply a new Entertainment Code from a brand new smart box. Scratched code off and says the code has already been used.

Live chat is unavailable.

First experiance of this in all the years of using Now Tv. Have cancelled existing pass until, its sorted.

How did you get the issue resolved??. My box was sealed I am the only person that scratched the panel.

Hi, I was unable to use live chat, so I used the message option. Supplied the Serial Number of the box and where it was purchased from.

Had a reply in 24 hours.
