I have had my card cloned and cancelled and a payment is due tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to sort this out?
@Anonymous User If the payment fails, NowTV will try again in a few days. If you have the replacement card, this might give you a window to update your payment information.
Otherwise, you’ll have to try the chat option and see if they can help in any way. Be patient though, owing to the Covis-19 lockdown wait times will be long.
