Cinema free pass live, but can’t watch.

Hi,

couple of questions. I’m trying to watch Nurse Jackie which is on Sky Atlantic. When I click on it to watch I Get a message saying I need to pay for a Sky Cinema Pass! 

First question. Why is Nurse Jackie on Atlantic under the Cinema pass?

Second question. I have a live ( checked on Myaccount ) Cinema pass which still has a week to run, so why is it asking me to subscribe to something I already have live in my account?

Welcome to the forum. Sky Atlantic channel content comes under the Entertainment Pass so you need a current entertainment pass to watch this, not a cinema pass. Do you have a current entertainment pass as well? If so just check that whichever device you are trying to watch on, you are logged in with the correct username.

 

If you're definitely getting a message about needing a cinema pass to watch Nurse Jackie post back with which device you are using to watch, a screenshot would be good as well for the NOW TV Team to investigate.
