I had a free 6 month cinema pass that was coming to the end and said I would be charged £11.99 a month unless I cancelled.
I then received an email saying I could continue with the pass for £2.99 a month and I didn't need to do anything as it would continue automatically.
I've just received and email saying I've cancelled the pass and to renew for £11.99 a month.
I didn't cancel it and can't find who to speak to for help.
Can anyone tell me why this has happened and how to sort it out ?
