Charging me unknowingly for months

I’ve been being charged for months unaware and when I have to try and cancel membership I can’t where I even have one to cancel. On top of the at there’s easy to speak to anyone making it even HARDER to cancel in my opinion purposely!!! I want refunding for my charges right away

Where did you take out the membership? If it was not on the website you will need to contact the app store such as Apple/Amazon. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It should be managed within the membership section of the site.
