As already said, saddest day ever when I signed up to these scam artists.
So check out the call charges page 2 UK calls 25p per minutes
Now go to page 14, you can call Hungary, Gibralta and about anywhere else in the EU for 19p per minutes
Usual UK rip off
As said, these people, are scam artists, rogues of the first division. Aren't they 51% owned by Now Tel from Hong Kong? Which is owned and operated by the Chinese. As we know the Chinese are recordeing every click you make, ever programme you watch.
By the way, if you see others seeking to PLAY DOWN comments then note that there seems to be evidence that these are Troll workig for Now Tv, hence take anything they say with a pinch of salt, children of satan at work.

But have a nice day now, can't wait to get out of this most hiddeous contract, run by a most appalling and as can be seen from page 2 and 14 of their own pricing, a truly thieving company. Of course when it comes to "service charges" the sky's the limit. Do you know it is cheaper to use a sat phone to Inmarsat that it is to ring your friend 2 doors down the road. Hiddeous doesn't come close to describing these sick people.

@Scamartist you are confusing this company (which you are a customer of)
With this company (totally different and unsuccessfully tried to sue the former over the name)
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Now_TV_(Hong_Kong)
Unless a person who comments has "Now Community Manager" next to their name, they are simply customers like yourself, who simply give up some spare time to help and give advice. Of course, that help and advice becomes in short supply if someone keeps posting inaccurate rants.
If you are on an inclusive call package, the first hour of any call to a UK landline is free, then charged at 25p per minute so you can speak to your neighbour for an hour - free of charge!
Check what you signed up to and if it's not the correct package or think a mistake has been made, call the broadband team for help.
