Hi,

I signed up for a 1 month free trail to now to on the 30th Jan and I have been charged £9.99 twice since! Why has this happened and can a refund be processed?

Normally NOW only offer a 7 day free trial.

Did you start a trial for both Entertainment & Cinema ?

If you did i would expect a Payment of 2 x £9.99 (for both Entertainment & Cinema) on around the 6th or 7th of February.

When you go to My Account > My Payments & Bills on here, what does it show ?
