Why am I being charged £3 or 3.99? It says as the reference billing help. But I actually haven’t had any help

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

Hello Lauren, this sounds like you have taken either a kids pass or a HAYU pass on a free trial and it has auto-renewed without cancelling. To check this in detail visit our live chat linked above.
