Charged wrong card on another persons Firestick

We were watching TV on my friend's Firestick and decided to subscribe to NOW Entertainment. I logged in with my details, yet his card was charged somehow. A month later, we are trying to cancel, but there are no details on this subscription on either his or my side. It's like the subscription has ended up in limbo, but still charges his card.

@CactuarMike it's probably charged through his Amazon Prime account as the Firestick will be registered with his details and card.

If it is, he'll need to cancel via Amazon.  Scroll down the page in the link for instructions on how to cancel a membership purchased through Amazon.
