Charged without buying a pass

Hi there,

 

I just woke up and nasty surprise just arrived to my email Entertainment Month Pass, then few minutes later Kids Month Pass and on top of that  NOW TV Boost, I hoped is scam and didn't take any special notice as I never used my my account for more then year, but for peace of mind just logged in and seen all Passes went through and NOW TV successfully charged me £16.98 without my permission. NOT HAPPY as is happen second time.  I successfully cancel further subscription but unable to get my money back. 

Please - any idea how to do it?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Anybody else in your home has access to your NowTV playback devices or have you given away or recycled any devices without factory resetting them ?

 

If so, have you added a Payment Pin to your account by going to My Account > Manage Account > My Details & Settings ?

 

Make sure you cancel the passes fully, then jump over to live chat and get a refund.
