On 7th December my boyfriend activated his sky sports month pass gift card through the tv. Never have I ever been charged for an ongoing subscription after using these gift cards over a period of 4 years they just end on the date and that’s that. Today I’ve been on my online banking and noticed a months payment for sky sports has gone out. I would like this refunded as no where did it state it would be an ongoing subscription and that I would have to cancel.
Ive been trying for hours to find a way to contact Now Tv if anyone can help please comment. Thank you
