Charged twice

I have NOW tv through my BT package. However Now tv still take £9.99 per month even though I pay BT for the NOW tv service.

I cant find any means of discussing with NOW

Sounds like you have a second NOW account seperate from BT TV.

See if the Account Finder button on this link article below can find the account in question to cancel your NOW direct Membership.

If you are going around in circles, then jump over to NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button towards the top of this link page below (don't click on the get help quicker pop up button which is a chat bot).
