Charged twice

My broadband charge comes out of my account on the 18th of each month. I’ve just been charged a second time, another £18 on the 20th. I want this money refunded ASAP

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460


If not I would then recommend using the Live chat about the refund.
