I cancelled my account and my passes on November 10th and got charged correctly then I got charged again today after having my pass cancelled for 3 weeks. Can yous email me about this please. Thanks

When you cancelled you should have got an email confirming did you get this? Also on your account page pases a message saying cancelled with a date you can watch too? Also if you did not click through all the questions etc when you cancelled you would remain subscribed.
