Charged twice for sports

On my banking app I can see that I was charged twice when I signed up for the Sports membership. One transaction went through and the other is still pending. Why was I charged twice and can this be corrected please?

If one of those pending payments is £1, this will not actually come off. Think of it as a deposit to make sure there is many in the account. 

The pending charge will get dropped after a few days.

Hi, they’re both the same amount. I used the £20 offer for Sky Sports and I’ve been charged £20 twice

Yes it’s the same NOW account I didn’t create a new one. I already had an entertainment membership. I will try and resolve this on live chat
