Can anyone offer advice? On checking my bank statements I’ve been charged for now tv twice every month for over 6 months now! I’ve been emailing back and forth but they just keep insisting they can’t see any problem even after I sent them pictures of the twice monthly billing?! I just want my money back. This is rediculous! What do I do?

@Anonymous User I don't suppose you have got two accounts, each with a different sign in username/email address? Perhaps from two previous signups at different times? And forgotten to cancel passes on either or both of them? That's quite a common cause of this scenario (although not exclusively the only one I suspect). That and not keeping a close eye on the bank statements to spot it sooner...
