In March I was charged usual standard £30.00 month bill which I made payment for manually , a day or two later a further £30.00 comes out the bank no explanation ? April's bill still showing due on the 23rd ? Can anyone explain or do I need to complain and send bank statements? Wondering if as simple as been charged for April's bill due to current circumstances But it would have been nice to have an email or so to confirm no ??
