I cancelled my 7 day free trial on Sunday last week (within the time frame for free cancellation) and had use of the account until Wednesday this week whereupon my access was cut off, no problem.
On Thursday of this week I was billed £9.99 and now a further £3.00!! 😡 I definitely cancelled my membership as I received an email acknowledging the cancellation.
Could a rep from NowTV please contact me to initiate a refund please.

This is a customer forum. So the only way you’ll get a refund is by contacting NOW directly.
It sounds like you got charged for the Boost membership which is the £3. Most trials for NOW seem to include a trial for Boost as well as the entertainment/cinema membership.
First of all check this link to make sure there is only one account with your payment details.

Then go onto live chat to speak with NOW staff. Just make sure to click “chat online”.

Alternatively you can use screenshots of your cancellation emails and drop customer support an email. Address in the below picture.

i want to cancel account , because i don't use it anymore , nothing to remove and charging me more money when i don' t use it and i can't cancel button on there to remove it and as a disable person and i have right to ask you sort thing out please asp.
