Charged on an email account I no longer have access to

I've long since cancelled my Now TV and last payment was 10 months ago. I've just been charged incorrectly and this relates to an email account I no longer have access to. I've tried the chat bot but it keeps saying I need to access my email accounts to cancel my account but the issue is I do not have access to this old email account. How do I resolve this?

Sounds like your clicking “get help quicker” this is the bot, for you to speak to someone you need to click “chat online” within the green box. This is the fastest way to get any sort of refunds sorted.

To close your account you should send an email to support using the address in the below picture.


FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
