Hi
Can anyone help with me being charged twice, money taken from 2 different bank accounts, and different amounts. I set up new passes in dec and cancelled my last one, a black friday 2018 offer, but the money is coming out a bank account that has never been used to purchase anything from now tv.
Is this fraud? It certainly feels dodgy. Has anyone else experienced this double billing?

ve been charged twice and have no idea how to contact NOW TV as its really water tight! any gem of wisdom to help?

Hello We would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund.
