Charged in the middle of 7 day free Trial

Hello,

I signed up for a 7 day free trial and I was charged for it the next day.

As Now advertises that there will not no charge for the 7 day free trial.

I have cancelled the membership before the 7 day trial is over. 

I look forward to a reimbursement of what I was charged.

I was also signed up to boost when I never signed up to that.

You’re mistaken, NOW don’t offer 7 day free trials on entertainment or cinema memberships. 
It is only boost and Hayu that offer a 7 day free trial. Did you take this?

 
As this doesn’t say 7 day free trial until boost is mentioned. If you did then you were automatically enrolled in boost free of charge for 7 days then £6 unless cancelled.
