Hi,
I was at a theme park when i took out the offer on now Tv. I have checked both of accounts and no kids pass is active yet payment has been taken. Ive tried to delete the card details but its not allowing me to do that unless I update it with another card. I'm a bit sceptical to do that.
How do I get the payment stopped when it doesn't seem to be on any of my accounts?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. I'd suggest popping onto live chat and explain what's happened, they can hopefully get your original offer reinstated for you. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

I have done this. It's very frustrating that it wasn't taken seriously, my questions not answered. I have screen shots of what it was saying on my account settings and the chat person was saying different. Is there an email adress that I can contact instead?

@Anonymous User There's the email address customerservices 'at' nowtv.com but NOW TV don't actually promote that address, they advise to use the contact options on the website instead. If you're not happy with live chat then what you could try is go onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead. They should then contact you back by email.
