Charged for what exactly?

Why have I been charged £3 for billinghelp that I’ve never used or even know what it is??? Not happy

Considering this is a customer forum replying and asking a fellow customer for a refund is almost pointless.

There is a form you can fill out for "incorrect charge".

That being said, the below link will point you in the direction for Live chat.

Makes sure to click "chat to an advisor"

@Anonymous User £3 sounds like the charge for a boost pass. You should see it in your passes list. Billing help is just how most NowTV charges are shown.

Me too and can’t find any way of contacting customer service. NowTV officially crap at helping customers. I’ve been charged £57 for an account that was closed Months and months ago and how can’t get any help but an automated bot that sends me round and round in a loop

The final link on my post is for live chat so you speak directly to Now TV staff.

 

For TV passes there is no customer service number, the only number Now TV provide is for broadband
