Charged for boost

I've just had a message saying I've been charged for boost. My plan ended and 2 days later I'm being charged for boost. I've never asked for boost or used it before.

I tried talking to the refund bot thing and it's just a broken link.

A lot of NOW TV memberships come with the Boost free for a set period, after which it becomes chargeable.

As mentioned by @redchiz1  all membership deals on the NOW offers section of the site come with a 7 day free trial of boost then £5 unless cancelled. Which is clearly stated.

For any chance of a refund you need to use the method provided by @redchiz1 to speak with staff.

Very true. 
For those taking up the most recent website offers I still felt it was right to provide the screenshot. Just happened to state 7 day free trial.
