I had 7 day trial for entertainment pass which I cancelled as I had it once before and didn’t ever watch it, I have been to my bank today and a payment has been taken for £8.99 for the pass, again I went on my now tv account and it wasn’t showing as cancelled I have cancelled it again today but I want refunding the £8.99 as I cancelled it online and clearly there has been a fault/issue With the cancellation and I am not happy to pay for a tv pass that I don’t watch or want
