Charged for a pass I never signed up for.

So I’ve just had two transactions of £33.99 each, for a sky sports month pass. 
1.) why on earth have I been charged twice?

2.) I never actually authorised or applied for this pass as I have 0 interest in sport, and neither does anybody using my account.

@Anonymous User only other customers here so there's no way to know why and answer your questions. You can email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces)

 

In the mean time, ensure a payment pin is applied to your account so no one can order further passes.

Hi, this has happened to me too. I messaged them about it yesterday but no response yet. Have they refunded that money back to you?

There is no contact number for TV passes, only broadband.

 Hi, I managed to get in contact with them via live chat and they sorted a refund out.
