Charged for Movies but not sure why

I have just noticed a charge of £11.99 on my account for Sky Movies.

When I bought the Now TV stick last year, movies were included as an extra in the price but I cancelled and was told no further payment would be taken.

Can someone have a look at this please?

(I tried the chat now option but gave up after waiting for half an our for an operator to be available)

Is there an e-mail address I can e-mail some?
