Charged for Movie Pass I did not order

I have recived an email which says

 

Congratulations, you've just got your hands on a Sky Cinema Month Pass. A whole world of movie awesomeness is ready and waiting for you.

 Ongoing payments are £9.99 a month.

Order Reference: 451M90682658

Order Date: 27-Feb-2018 Today's Payment: GBP 9.99

 

BUT I did not order this

  What can yo do to help

The best thing for you to do is contact Now TV's help chat and cancel this piece of "nonsense" and if they've taken any money ask for a refund.

Thanks I contacted "live chat" which took 30 minutes to sort out.

The £9.99 has now been refunded and and renewal cancelled.

 

I or a member of my household (evrn though I live alone) was still being blamed and NOW refused to accept any responsibility.

Still, it's sorted now
