The best thing for you to do is contact Now TV's help chat and cancel this piece of "nonsense" and if they've taken any money ask for a refund.

Thanks I contacted "live chat" which took 30 minutes to sort out.
The £9.99 has now been refunded and and renewal cancelled.
I or a member of my household (evrn though I live alone) was still being blamed and NOW refused to accept any responsibility.
Still, it's sorted now
