i have cancelled the kids pass last month and they've charged me again this month then i noticed i have been paying for sky cinema pass for two months, i never ever ordered this! What do can i do to resolve this. No one to contact, this website gives you the runaround! Help!!

I have had the exact same issue with the kids pass. I cancelled it last month (still have the confirmation email as proof) and today, funny enough exactly a month after it was cancelled I have been charged for the kids pass. Not very happy, sort this out please NowTv!
