Charged for Movie Pass I did not order

I've recently realised I've been paying for a movie package I never ordered for eight months, on top of my TV package. I raised this issue through a complaint form on your site more than 48 hours ago and haven't had a response. I'd like one pretty soon, please.

They are known for doing this, i am being billed for the kids pass that i never ordered,,,these people are criminals and should be closed down
