Charged for Cinema Pass free trial after cancelling 2 days before



ive been charged £11.99 for a months subscription to the cinema pass which I have subsequently cancelled.


I am very disappointed to see that I have been charged even after I was diligent enough to cancel. 


How do I get a refund?
