Charged but not watchable

I have been charge for sport and movies but it won’t let me watch any of them and it just gives me the option to “buy” again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes have checked all the logins. It’s across all devices. It doesn’t even show as added to my membership.

I’ve only ever had the same account. This is why I’m puzzled. I’ve never had this problem before

To follow-up from @Saint1976 it is very possible that another account has been created with the same payment details, which is why @Saint1976 had asked. Did you check this link? 

What does it indicate?

I did yes, Thankyou. I have spoken via live chat. The pending payment will be returned to so I have to repurchase. Thanks for your help today 😊
