I purchased the free trial for the entertainment pass.
Cancelled before expiry.
Got an email confirming cancellation.
Next thing I am charged 11.99 for the Sky Cinema Month pass, and when I go to cancel this and complain looks like I've also been signed up to the Boost. I did not sign up for any of these. And i did NOT receive a confirmation email about either of these. I cancelled straight away.
I would like to get a refund for my 11.99 that was taken out of my account without my permission or knowledge.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
