Charged after 7 day trial

Hi

I tried a 7 day trial and cancelled it yesterday, i received an email to confirm this and ive been charged today. My membership ran out yesterday before my 7 days were up (by at least 5 hours)  and now im back to an active subscription showing £9.99 a month even tho i was offered £5.99 for 6 months. Any help?

Re: Charged after 7 day trial

@Dweller

The memberships have always been seperate. In no time has NOW ever had 1 membership fits all.

With the sports side, it is impossible to have a reasonable priced 1 membership fits all. Although it is my preferred option. Which is a different conversation altogether.

On the offers page, it is very clear that there are 3 seperate memberships in place from the 7 day free trial.

https://www.nowtv.com/offers

7 day free trial of Entertainment, Cinema + Boost

Then £24.98 a month, unless cancelled.

New Cinema, Entertainment and Boost customers. After 7 day free trial, membership auto renew monthly at; £11.99 Cinema; £9.99 Entertainment; £3 NOW Boost. Unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime. *HD available on selected content only

@Dweller

Do you have emails/screenshots of said offer?

Head onto Live chat and speak to NOW staff, hopefully they can help you out.

Just make sure to click "chat online" underneath 'Chat to an advisor'.

Re: Charged after 7 day trial

I think i know what’s happened, looks like the entertainment and cinema are 2 separate memberships? i must have only cancelled 1, not very clear. The offer was when i went to cancel and wasn’t in an email, the email i have is to confirm my cancelation.
