Welcome to the forum. The day sports pass is now the same price as the entertainment pass, so might be worth just checking it's not one of each you've bought on your My Account > My Payments page

or that one charge is not a pending charge that hasn't gone through. However if you think you've definitely been charged for two day passes at the same time then I'd suggest popping onto live chat and seeing if they can refund you.
