Charged Extra

Hi,

I am just looking at my bills and payments for August and I have been charged £40, with the bill saying £20 extra from the previous bill period.

However, I have paid my bill for the July period. Where has the extra credit come from? My bill for August also has an extra £20 attached to it. Can't seem to find any information or explanation why, as it is over my budget and not what I signed up for. 

If anyone has any advice on how I can find out, please let me know.
