On 13th February I have 3 charges for £3.99 on my bank statement for the Kids pass that I took out.
I tried going through the bot (which does not appear to be fit for purpose) which sent me round in an endless loop of not having the correct option available.
I then found the complaints form and after filling it in TWICE it errored and would not submit.
So I now find myself on here to see if anyone can help! 😞

So the bot is very different to Live chat. This link will take you to where you can speak to a member of staff.
Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box.
