Changing bank detail

It won't let me change my bank details. It keeps saying I have entered them in wrong, even after checking and checking a couple more times. Any help would be appreciated thank

No one has been in contact since the 21st November.

This is the worst service possible.

I will be leaving feedback on trustpilot and google and it will not be positive.

Worst company ever to deal with. All I want to do is change bank details and it keep rejecting.

No communication, no solution.

I expect a free service plan after all this hassle and grief uou have given to me. For 2 months I have wanted to change my bank details.

Lucky you, I'm a current cutomer and I've been emailed telling me my card has been declined. 

Unfortunately I cannot login to see why (money's in the account) as it's impossible to get to the payment details page, keeps bouncing me out to a "Now Start Watching" or a new user sign in.

Seems completely impossible to talk to anyone.
