How in God's name can you change your name on your account. The website sends you round in circles!!!

To change your name or username on your account you need to contact live chat.

Last time this came up, I posted this:-

and I was hoping someone with an actual NowTV router would come along and give moe exact instructions for it, but nobody did.

See how you get on, anyway; routers are much of a muchness at this level.

’Name’, I think if I understand you aright, is the thing called ‘SSID’ on the router, and you can change this as readily as you can change the password that goes with it.
