Change payment details for NOWTV issues

I need to add my new bank card to update my payment details for NOWTV. I have successfully done this for NOW Broadband but for NowTV I am asked to confirm via my telephone number (bank security etc). The problem is, the whole reason I'm changing my card is because my phone got lost along with card. I am having to use a temporary phone/ number until the end of the month when I can use my old number again.

How can I add my payment details without using my old phone number?

Assuming you’re talking about TV streaming, try speaking to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I imagine it is only a one-off authentication check, just use the number you have presently.
