Change payment dates

How do you change your Now Tv payment dates to all the same day??

You can’t, or at least you can’t guarantee it. Even if you synchronise your memberships to a single date, Now will attempt to take only one membership payment that day, and subsequent membership payments one by one on subsequent days, until all your memberships are covered.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

What do you mean by Now TV payment? The company is no longer called Now TV, spring last year it changed to NOW.

Are you taking TV memberships or a broadband customer?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

You have 2 options

1. cancel and let the memberships expire, then sign back up

2. jump onto live chat and see what staff can do for you. Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
