Hi there, I've had my account for years. My account address details differ from my current address. I only have TV now but used to have broadband. When I try and change my address online it directs me to a link to change installation address for broadband. How can I update my address on my account without requesting installation for broadband please? Thanks 😊

You can’t, I had NOW broadband many years ago and when I moved to a property that didn’t offer NOW broadband I had to cancel. Then I’ve moved since then, my address is still showing from 2 properties ago.
The address page is purely for broadband only. Has no relevance to TV memberships.
