Case Id: 06955923 - charged twice

Hello NowTV.  I have an open case which you responded to once but then on providing evidence that you have charged me twice in sucsession you seem to have gone quiet.  Can someone please pick up the Case and my response and investigate further.  Not sure how any company thinks that their single response if the final answer.  I have tried to claim back from my Bank but they said I need to contact you again.

What you need to be aware of is due to Covid-19, your query will take much longer than usual to deal with. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

This has not helped as it does not include the package purchased, i.e. the 6 months one.
