Case ID: 07353154

Can some one give an update on this please. Not entering details a public forum.

This is a customer-to-customer forum. Nobody here knows what that Case ID leads to, and even if we did, and it’s a billing or service issue, that is outside our remit anyway.

 

Try going on the NowTV Twitter feed.....

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

To be fair you shouldn't be using the customer forum for what you are using it for.

Thanks for policing this so effectively, are you bored? Unfortunately they don’t respond to emails and this is the only link they offer you as another channel of communication.
