Absouloute jolk of a company been charged over 70 pound in 1 month and only signed up for the entertainment package .plus was supposed to get a free trial and never got that either . 

No way to get in touch to try and get it sorted

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
