Card reset but payment still not taken.

I had a sports payment due on 9th April but it didn’t as I didn’t have the money in my account. I placed the money in my account, but the payment is still showing as outstanding for 9th April on my NOW TV account with no way to manually pay for it. What’s going on here and how do I fix it?

Go onto live chat and speak with staff. It won’t be resolved on here as it’s customer to customer based.

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
