I got my new Now tv stick yesterday with a month free passes. Still can't set it up because the account won't accept my card details, very frustrating indeed.

I have funds in my accounts (tried to cards) and they are UK.

I'm getting the same problem - I'm trying to sign up as a new broadband customer but it won't accept any card details. Frustrating as I just want to complete my order!

Same issue for me.
My account has plenty of funds, it's a normal UK visa debit card, I've tried multiple devices and browsers without success.
Every time I get the "something went wrong" message.
