My credit card has been charged two months running. I am certain I did not subscribe. It is for 3.99 - so I presume it's a kids or reality tv channel, neither or which we are remotely interested in.
My account page says no recent payment history.
I am not sure it is linked to this account.
I have tried the search page to link the credit card to the account, but it says errored.
There was an error last year when I was charged for the kids channel which I did not want. I think it is connected.
What the hell is going on? I need to speak to someone. I know there is a covid crisis, and I will wait if needed, but I need to stop money coming out of my account without permission.
Please give me a way of seding you my payment details in private. I obviously can't do it in a public forum.

I have FINALLY got an email address out of the twitter account. I have sent details to that account.
I know the covid crisis makes things difficult, but not giving customers any private way to contact you is madness.
