Cant update billing details

Trying to update billing details to a new credit card however when clicking the continue button the page is totally unresponsive.

I don't know if you have the same problem has these forum members was encountering in this linked thread below where a workaround was found eventually.

Apart from that see if using a different internet browser makes any difference when updating your payment details.

Thanks for the reply... unfortunately neither suggestions below seem to help the situation. The continue button does absolutely nothing still.

I have updated my card details on three accounts in the last year for myself and family members using the MS Edge internet browser and never come across any problems personally.

 

Though reading the Community Forum on here, there does seem to be a few people who do encounter various problems when attempting to update their bank details or adding a new bank card on the nowtv website.

 

See if live chat can offer you some further assistance, they won't be able to update your details themselves but may have an idea what's going wrong in your particular case.

 

To reach live chat, open the link below and click on the small blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.

 

Should the live chat button not work for you, then try a different internet browser with it's adblocking software switched off.
